The design of this vacuum gauge allows for bakeout without disassembly. The 7F cold cathode ionization gauge can be operated by the Televac® MX200, MX200 EthernetIP, or the MX200 PROFINET Vacuum Controller. All of these vacuum controllers will automatically operate the cold cathode to provide a full-range vacuum measurement solution when the 7F is used in conjunction with rough vacuum sensors like the 2A thermocouple vacuum gauge or 4A convection vacuum gauge.
