If you’re looking for an analog display, the Televac® Compact 2A vacuum controller has a sweeping needle display with a vacuum measurement range of 1*10-3 Torr to 20 Torr that can be mounted on the panel. The Compact 2A includes a 0 to 10 V DC analog output for simple integration with a PLC, and cable lengths up to 50ft.
